SC12 will be the 25th consecutive year of the SC Conference series – once again featuring an exceptional Technical Program, industry and research exhibits, Education Program and many other activities.  SC12 is the one place where attendees can see tomorrow’s technology being used to solve world-class challenge problems today.

Please note some important changes in registration this year:

  • To attend the workshops on Sunday, Monday, or Friday, attendees must purchase a workshops registration. 
    Workshops are no longer included as part of the technical program registration.

  • SIGHPC members now qualify for the member discount (along with IEEE and ACM members). 
    Join now for just $25/year. 

Register for SC12 by Monday, Oct. 15, and save up to $250!
The SC12 early registration deadline is Monday, October 15.  The SC12 fee structure makes it even more advantageous to register early this year. Registering early can save you up to $250 off your Technical Program registration (depending on your registration category).  Also, registering by Monday, October 15 can save you up to $305 off Tutorial registration.

Technical Program Registration

The Technical Program fee includes admission to all conference sessions, exhibits, the Monday night Exhibits opening event, Thursday night event, and one copy of the SC12 proceedings (DVD containing conference proceedings).

New this year: Workshops held in conjunction with SC12 will require a separate registration fee as indicated below.

SC Communities Program

SC conference attendees with Technical Program badges are welcome to attend Broader Engagement and Educator Program sessions Tuesday-Friday.  To participate in the Broader Engagement and Educator Program on Sunday and Monday, attendee must also register for the Workshop Program for those days.  See Pricing Below for Workshops.

Tutorial Passport Registration

There will be two days of tutorials. A One-Day (Sunday or Monday) Passport, Two-Day (Sunday and Monday) Passport, can be purchased. The fee includes admission to any of the tutorials offered on the selected day for a One-Day Passport or a Two-Day Passport.  The fee also includes a set of all of the tutorial notes (DVD containing tutorial notes) and lunch on the selected day or on both.  Please note: There is no Half-Day Tutorial option.

Preferred Tutorials

For each tutorial day included in your Passport, you must select one preferred full-day tutorial or two half-day tutorials.  Regardless of your preference, you may attend any tutorial(s) on a day included in your Passport.  The tutorial fee also includes a set of tutorial notes in electronic form and lunch for each day included in your Passport.
