Successful Mentor-Protege, Advisor- Advisee, or Manager-Staff relationships are dynamic and each relationship, despite common characteristics, is unique.  Seeing the improvisational nature of such relationships can help us transform awkward, tentative alliances into functional units.  In this session, we explore the challenges and opportunities that come with mentoring relationships and highlight the improvisational skills that help build functional, developmental relationships throughout our professional careers.
