SCHEDULE: NOV 10-16, 2012

When viewing the Technical Program schedule, on the far righthand side is a column labeled "PLANNER." Use this planner to build your own schedule. Once you select an event and want to add it to your personal schedule, just click on the calendar icon of your choice (outlook calendar, ical calendar or google calendar) and that event will be stored there. As you select events in this manner, you will have your own schedule to guide you through the week.

ABSTRACT:
Networks are critical to high performance computing: they play a crucial role both within the data center and in providing access to remote resources. It is imperative that these networks perform optimally. In order to understand the behavior and performance of these networks, they must be measured. This is a forum discussing network measurement, particularly as it relates to HPC. There will be presentations from experts in network performance measurement as well as time for questions, discussion and impromputu presentations. Potential topics include (but are not limited to) measurement tools, measurement frameworks, visualization, emerging standards and current research.
